                                     96% people of our India enter into the education in the grade primary & Secondary (Jr. & Sr. than  1st to 10)  after this 96% down to 78%  because students family which belongs to lower class or lower-middle-class they do not have a condition that they will be able to study further due to these students start with small jobs, in shops, manufacture company, garments, which comes under (Child labor ) without learning any new thing their life goes on that's why their knowledge does not expand further this kind of person will do riots in future on the name of religion and caste.

   The biggest drop comes after grade 12th, Which becomes Approx 56%  from here the main underemployment comes in India. Why not further studies are available for everyone? because it's very expensive for lower and middle-class people 

 

Finally, 28% - 34% of students Complete their Graduate and then same they do jobs for corporate companies or handle their family business in which their education will apply like commerce stream student handle his father toys shop, stationery shop, or anything else which is not related to his/her studies. The same scenario in Science Stream also IT studied student will do the job in Corporate / BPO / Call centers.

Reason for above Issue   

This is because The Content in an Indian Education which is outdated & not applicable in the current situation or practical life 

The content in Syllabus is still of the 19th Century with their Architecture of study which is ruining our Education System. Especially The Methodology is also about 19th & 20th-century style which is made by Britishers { because they want some disciplined Labor from India who able to understand their language and used to like Servant} Our regional Language still goes at the border of disappearing/ vanishing.

   This was going on till the New policy came now in 2020. Because till the Present education system was not sufficient, It is mainly based on theoretical knowledge rather than practical knowledge. The student plays no active role in the attainment of knowledge.

#Theory teaches you the experience of Others.

#Practical Knowledge can only learn through doing and experiencing.

Practical Knowledge is more important than Theoretical knowledge.
